RCM Relationship Manager

About the Role:

Al Salama Hospital is seeking am RCM Relationship Manager to oversee high-value partnerships, ensure seamless service delivery, and support the hospital’s commercial growth through effective operations and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with corporate clients, government entities, VIPs, and major insurance providers.
• Ensure operational efficiency and service delivery in line with client expectations and contractual terms.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal hospital teams to ensure smooth coordination.
• Drive business growth through retention, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities.
• Oversee client-specific workflows, service protocols, and performance reporting.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and account performance to ensure operational excellence.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)
• Account retention and revenue growth
• SLA compliance and service excellence
• Escalation handling and issue resolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in corporate operations, account/relationship management, or healthcare business management.
• Proven track record in managing key accounts within healthcare, especially private hospitals or insurance providers.
