As Johnson & Johnson strives to improve the value of its activities to align with the economic participation policy (EPP), this dedicated role is essential for effectively coordinating initiatives that drive compliance with the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority (LCGPA) regulations, optimize local content initiatives, and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current local content initiatives.
- Provide technical support in developing economic participation proposals to be submitted to the LCGPA.
- Collection of data required for submission and maximization of J&J investments to fulfill LCGPA as per the EPP.
- Handle end-to-end processes for the EP contracts in alignment with LCGPA regulations.
- Manage required documentation for EP monitoring phase including major projects milestones forms and EP credit forms.
- Lead engagements with LCGPA departments.
- Develop progress reports for leadership team that communicate progress and outcomes of EP contracts.
- Provide recommendations to management to mitigate any gaps in fulfilling EPP and LCGPA regulations.
Qualifications
Qualification & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is required.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience at the healthcare industry in Saudi Arabia.
- Understanding of LCGPA policies and regulations.
- English and Arabic languages proficiency.
- Preferably with PMP training.
- Preferably with Business management and financial literacy skills.
