The Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping projects organized and moving — updating boards, tracking deadlines, following up on action items, and making sure files and tasks are where they should be. You’ll help give the team clarity so nothing slips through the cracks and work across teams to keep execution smooth.

This role is on-site only (no remote work).


Responsibilities

  • Keep project boards up to date in task management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, etc.).
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and task progress across different teams.
  • Organize and maintain shared files, documents, and folders.
  • Follow up on action items to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Provide general coordination support to keep projects moving smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you enjoy keeping things structured.
  • Comfortable with modern project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Reliable, consistent, and comfortable handling repetitive/support work.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a coordinator, assistant, or admin role (preferred).
  • Based in Riyadh and able to work full-time on-site.
