Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Analyst to support the safe and timely delivery of a major rail and transport infrastructure project, focusing on rail systems, mobility solutions, and station development.

• Support the Vertical Links team in carrying out the efficient design and delivery process
• Prepare documentation and reports to support internal and external audits.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders through strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Retrieve documents promptly upon request, ensuring timely access for authorized users.
• Work with the Document Controller to ensure the appropriate systems are in place
• Work with the team to ensure a clear Filing Structure
• Maintain a Document Register in Sharepoint / Aconex to ensure clear file paths work for all documentation
• Organize, maintain, and track documents to ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across digital and physical platforms
• Manage version control to ensure only the latest approved documents are accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Identify and resolve document-related issues promptly and effectively
• Other administrative tasks and functions as required for the smooth running and continuous improvement of the team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
• Experience working in or with government agencies or strategic consulting firms is desirable.
• Ability to proactively manage database updates using document control software.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Aconex, SharePoint, and Autodesk BIM360/ACC is preferred
• Minimum 4-6 years of project experience
