Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Architect / Internals Specialist to join our innovative team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, The Architect / Internals Specialist will manage and supervise all interior architectural works for large, complex projects—specifically stadiums, sports facilities, and arenas. The role includes reviewing drawings, coordinating interior systems, inspecting site works, and ensuring compliance with international standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead interior architectural design coordination related to stadiums, arenas, or sports complexes.
Review and validate architectural drawings, interior layouts, finishes, and material specifications.
Supervise all internal works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and finishes.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, design intent, and compliance.
Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other engineering disciplines.
Review material submittals, samples, and mock-ups.
Identify design issues and propose practical technical solutions.
Prepare reports, technical documentation, and inspection notes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in ArchitectureMinimum 15 years of professional experience in architecture or interior architectural supervision.
Experience working on stadiums, sports facilities, arenas, or other large public venues.
Strong understanding of finish materials, detailing, and interior construction techniques.
Experience in reviewing shop drawings and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
