Job Description

To develop, assess, and revise policies and tools to align with LCGPA objectives. Collaborate with relevant departments for local content activity policies and propose new policies for effective implementation.

Description

Policy Review & Analysis

  • Develop a framework and methodology for continuous review of policies and tools, such as the price preference mechanism and mandatory list, to align with LCGPA objectives.
  • Assess the impact of these policies and tools on target segments (public, private sectors, and individuals) and suggest necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to review and amend policies and tools pertaining to local activities.
  • study and propose new policies and tools to support LCGPA operations.
  • design and implement methods for effectively activating and implementing these policies and tools.

Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports

  • Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • prepare timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
