Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable, and engaging Performance Audit Trainer/Consultant to lead workshops, design training programs, and consult with clients on maturity assessment initiatives.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable, and engaging Performance Audit Trainer/Consultant to lead workshops, design training programs, and consult with clients on maturity assessment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver customized training programs on performance audit frameworks, tools, and techniques.
- Facilitate interactive workshops for auditors, public sector professionals, and internal audit teams.
- Guide organizations in implementing or enhancing their performance audit practices.
- Develop course materials, case studies, practical exercises, and assessment tools.
- Provide expert advice on performance audit planning, execution, and reporting.
- Assess and report on training outcomes and transformation impact.
- Stay current with international standards and guidelines (e.g., ISSAI, INTOSAI).
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide reports and recommendations for improvements.
- Master’s or PhD degree in Accounting, Auditing, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance auditing or public sector auditing.
- Previous experience as a trainer or facilitator in audit-related topics.
- Strong understanding of performance audit principles, criteria, and reporting practices.
- Familiarity with international auditing standards (e.g., ISSAI, INTOSAI guidelines).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as CIA, CGAP, CISA, or relevant public sector audit qualifications are an asset.
English or Arabic
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience with capacity-building projects or institutional reform initiatives.
- Ability to adapt content to different audiences and sectors.
- Proven consulting experience with public institutions or supreme audit institutions (SAIs).
