Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital efforts and help grow our online presence. This is a fully remote role ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer who understands the power of community and local business. You will take ownership of digital campaigns, content strategy, analytics, and optimization efforts across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including social media, email, and web
  • Develop and schedule engaging, on-brand content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter)
  • Analyze performance using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to optimize engagement, reach, and ROI
  • Lead and refine SEO and SEM strategies to improve search rankings and increase website traffic
  • Collaborate with internal teams and local partners to deliver integrated campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Monitor digital trends and emerging tools to keep LTC current and competitive

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, and campaign management
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools
  • Experience creating and analyzing marketing reports
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • A passion for supporting local communities and small businesses
