Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager - Enterprise Data to lead our data management initiatives across the organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping our enterprise data strategy, governance, and architecture to ensure that high-quality data is available to drive key business decisions and enhance operational effectiveness.

Your expertise in data management and analytics will play a crucial role in promoting a data-driven culture within Qiddiya. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to establish data standards, practices, and processes that facilitate data integration, accessibility, and security across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of enterprise data solutions that align with business objectives and enable data-driven decision-making
  • Oversee the integration of SAP modules (HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain) with enterprise data platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS), ensuring scalable and efficient data pipelines
  • Develop frameworks and solutions to extract, model, and manage data from SAP table structures, providing a single source of truth across enterprise domains
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Procurement to identify pain points, data requirements, and opportunities for process and reporting optimization
  • Define and implement governance practices specific to enterprise data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, data privacy, and quality standards
  • Lead initiatives on enterprise data cataloging, business glossary creation, and definition of critical data elements (CDEs) for SAP and related systems
  • Drive advanced analytics and reporting capabilities using enterprise data, with a focus on predictive insights, automation, and self-service enablement
  • Partner with IT to ensure SAP data integration workflows are reliable, secure, and optimized for performance at scale
  • Manage enterprise data budgets, RFPs, vendor relationships, and contracts for SAP-related tools, integration platforms, and data services
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP enterprise data, providing strategic guidance and mentorship to teams across business and technical functions
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement in enterprise data management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise data management, with a focus on SAP systems and cross-domain integration
  • Strong expertise in SAP modules (HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain) and deep knowledge of SAP table structures and data models
  • Proven experience in SAP data extraction, integration with data platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS), and ETL/ELT pipeline development
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ability to translate enterprise data into business insights
  • Solid understanding of data governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise data quality standards
  • Demonstrated business acumen in HR, Finance, and Procurement processes, with the ability to translate operational requirements into data solutions
  • Experience in predictive analytics, automation, and AI-driven insights within enterprise domains is an advantage
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at executive levels and across cross-functional teams
  • Track record of managing budgets, vendor contracts, and enterprise solution delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical and business-focused data teams, fostering a high-performance culture
