We’re looking for PCR Business Development Manager in Riyadh and the main job function is to develop and execute a robust business development plan to drive annual sales growth for Aggreko’s full range of products and services in the Petrochemical & Refining (PCR) sector across Saudi Arabia, by identifying strategic opportunities and building strong relationships with key clients and influencers

We’re looking for PCR Business Development Manager in Riyadh and the main job function is to develop and execute a robust business development plan to drive annual sales growth for Aggreko’s full range of products and services in the Petrochemical & Refining (PCR) sector across Saudi Arabia, by identifying strategic opportunities and building strong relationships with key clients and influencers

- Develop detailed business development sales plans for the target sector, including current and planned projects, key target accounts, strategies and competition threats.
- Develop strong and influential customer relationships and partnerships across the key target accounts in these sectors.
- Discover and create leads/opportunities and position Aggreko as the partner of choice.
- Work with Marketing teams to develop advertising, PR, sales campaign strategies, and literature.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and standards.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors activity & keep abreast of competitors strategies, capability and threat levels.
- Work with other teams including local sales colleagues, engineering, operations and commercial teams to develop and present our winning solution to the customers.
- Negotiate with key decision makers to win orders, and exceed sales targets.
- Establish a consistent revenue stream and profitability levels to grow the business and gain market share in target sectors.
- University degree, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering discipline and/or relevant Petro chemical & refining industry certification.
- High-performing, results orientated sales professional with 5+ years in-depth experience within the Utilities & Renewables sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Expert negotiation skills with good knowledge of commercial and legal terms.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
- Creative and analytical with logical decision-making skills.
- Good ability to read, write, & speak in English, with Arabic a distinct advantage.
