Duties:
Job Purpose:
Perform payroll operations in terms of processing, reports, assessment, validation and enhancement to ensure accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll.
Functional Duties:
-Perform payroll operations, transactions, reconciliation, and processing in order to meet the payroll plan.
-Manage payroll-related workflow to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely.
-Provide and validate reports of payroll and benefits transactions including ad hoc, financial and operational reporting as required.
-Reconcile payroll prior to transmission; process manual check and relocation metric’s to ensure accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll.
-Understand the company compensation and benefits policies to be able to properly assess, perform and correct transactions.
-Provide assistance and advice in regard to payroll; respond to management and employees queries.
-Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
Education:
Essential: Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field.
Certification:
Preferable: CIPD level 3 or SHRM certificate.
Years of Experience: 5
