Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Manage and expand a portfolio of B2B clients across [plastics, chemicals, or construction-related] sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with product portfolio and market trends.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies and annual business plans.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers regarding product selection, application, and pricing.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, collaborating with supply chain, production, and R&D.

Market & Product Insight

• Monitor industry developments, pricing trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Prepare market intelligence reports and sales forecasts.

Performance & Reporting

• Achieve assigned sales targets, profit margins, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and customer performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemicals, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s is a plus.
• 7–12 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in polymers, plastics.
• Proven experience managing a sales territory, negotiating contracts, and closing complex deals.
• Strong understanding of the supply chain, technical product specs, and customer applications.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
