Operations & Maintenance Engineer

One of JobIn Clients is Seeking a skilled Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer to ensure the efficient performance, reliability, and safety of our facilities and systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational optimization, with a proactive approach to preventive and corrective maintenance. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of electrical, mechanical, and utility systems.

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems to minimize downtime.

• Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and energy efficiency.

• Prepare and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and documentation in line with company standards.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to restore system functionality.

• Supervise and coordinate with technicians and contractors during maintenance activities.

 • Ensure all systems operate in compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and quality standards.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, spare parts inventory, and system reports.

• Support project upgrades, commissioning, and testing of new installations or modifications.

• Hands-on experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, pumps, motors, and control systems.
• 5+ years of experience in operations and maintenance within industrial, facility management, or utilities sectors.
• Knowledge of energy management, asset reliability, and maintenance optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant maintenance software tools.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and safety regulations.
• Effective communication and leadership when managing technical teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
