Responsibilities
- Act as BTS Lead, overseeing end-to-end design, development, and implementation of ICT and security systems for mega-scale projects.
- Lead, guide and review technical design of ICT and security infrastructure, ensuring compliance with global and local standards (BICSI, TIA, MOI,..etc) and client requirements.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship and design assurance for multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage the integration of ICT and security systems across complex project environments.
- Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.
- Ensure project delivery, technical compliance, and high-quality documentation.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, ICT, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in ICT and security engineering with a track record of successfully leading large-scale or complex projects.
- Strong background in ICT and security systems, with proven experience on mega-scale projects in the region.
- Leadership capabilities to guide teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver challenging project conditions.
- BICSI certification preferred; additional ICT/Security-design related professional certificates are an advantage.
- Relevant engineering or ICT degree; advanced certifications a plus.
