Job Description
- Lead and manage the accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and support business objectives.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring effective working capital management.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure the integrity of financial records through regular audits and reconciliations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, fostering professional growth and development.
A successful Director, Accounting Ops should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
- Professional certification such as SOCPA/CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is essential
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Must be a KSA national due to Saudization
- Experience with financial reporting and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
