Operations Director (Nursing Healthcare, Riyadh)

Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our healthcare services specializing in elderly care. The company provides companion care to the elderly, with service bookings managed through a mobile application. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of healthcare operations, medical terminology, and staff management while ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabia's healthcare regulations and licenses. Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing healthcare operations, preferably in a small medical center or as a hospital floor manager.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and elderly care services.
• Ability to manage and support a multidisciplinary team, including doctors and nurses.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, licenses, and standards in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Experience in scheduling, workforce planning, and ensuring high-quality patient care delivery.
• Ability to oversee service bookings managed through a digital platform (app-based).
• Strategic planning and decision-making capabilities.
• Financial management experience, including budgeting and cost control.
• Staff management expertise, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Marketing and business development skills to promote the company's services.
• Experience interacting with stakeholders and board members to align operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related medical field.
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in a healthcare management or operations role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards in KSA.
• Proficiency in healthcare-related technology and service platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and administrative teams.
