The Role

We are looking for our next team member to drive AMD datacenter and commercial client sales in the region. This role develops long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships with executive decision makers within end-user customers to grow AMD’s Epyc, Ryzen Pro and Radeon Instinct businesses. Success in this role will entail working closely not only with the end-user customers, but with OEMs including Dell, Lenovo, HPE, HPI, Cisco, Supermicro etc. as well as the reseller channels that serve these end-user customers and aligning them towards the common goal of increasing AMD’s business within the end user accounts.

This is a highly collaborative position, working with enterprise end-user customers and channels, as well as AMD’s global multinational datacenter server and client device OEM Account Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Manage key corporate/enterprise, public sector and cloud end-user customers. This includes:
    • Develop strong executive-level relationships with IT end-user decision-makers to understand their needs
    • Identify projects for datacenter and commercial client solutions that AMD and our partners can fulfill and take share within the account
    • Implement & execute winning strategies for the account, including mapping out alignment between key executives within the account and within AMD, as well as staging engagements with key AMD resources at your disposal such as Field Application Engineers, OEM account managers, Channel Sales Managers, and Marketing support teams.
    • Define/Execute Route-To-Market strategies for AMD to best engage and develop more business within the account, across the multiple acquisition points the account uses.
  • Drive sales of AMD Ryzen and Ryzen Pro based commercial client PCs
  • Drive Sales of AMD Epyc and Radeon Instinct based server and datacenter solutions
  • Manage budget/resources within AMD guidelines
  • Manage and update business via Salesforce CRM - on time and accurately

Preferred Experience

  • Proven experience selling datacenter and/or commercial client solutions and products to enterprise customers in the KSA region
  • Solid understanding of datacenter infrastructure server and storage solutions, software ecosystem, and workloads
  • Solid knowledge of commercial PC client solutions and eco-systems
  • Proven ongoing direct to end-user experience of selling and influencing


Academic Credentials

BS/BA; MS/MA or MBA preferred
