The Project

The Project
This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development in Riyadh. Mace is currently providing the programme management and are looking for high-calibre experienced people.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Reporting to PMO director lead the PMO commercial team on delivering the programme commercial management and cost reporting framework.
- Mature and enhance cost and commercial reporting process including requirements, ca-dence, and formats across (budget management, cost planning and benchmarking, monthly cost reporting, contract status reporting, including procurement).
- Manage senior stakeholders (including c-suite and executive director level) to ensure the successful delivery of the cost and commercial function.
- Support in the roll out of the new systems, processes and reports.
- Manage quality assurance/control process for the cost and commercial information.
- Manage the performance of the commercial team comprising 15 positions within the current deployment.
- Coordinate the commercial process with other functional leads.
- Manage the production and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Coordinate with PMO functions around contractual deliverables, centralise the commercial effort to ensure the contractual commitments are delivered.
- Together with the programme director, manage the Mace contract with the client.
- A degree in quantity surveying/cost management or equivalent.
- Professional membership i.e., MRICS or moving towards fellowship or equivalent demonstrable professional development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive bidding and business development experience.
- Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
- Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
