Senior Manager - Network Security

Qiddiya Investment Company is pioneering the development of a world-class entertainment and lifestyle destination in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled professional to join our team as the Senior Manager - Network Security. In this influential role, you will be tasked with establishing and maintaining a secure network environment, protecting critical information, and ensuring that all network security protocols are in place and effective.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the network security strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network security engineers and analysts
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security into network architecture
• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, and other security tools
• Monitor network traffic for vulnerabilities, anomalies, and potential threats
• Ensure secure configuration of routers, switches, and wireless networks
• Lead incident response efforts for network-related security breaches or attacks
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends to proactively mitigate risks
• Evaluate and manage relationships with security vendors and service providers
• Oversee budgeting for network security tools, training, and resources
• **Skills**:
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Expertise in threat modeling, penetration testing, and vulnerability management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desired
• 9+ years of experience in network security, with a focus on enterprise-level environments
• Strong expertise in network protocols, operating systems, and security technologies
• Proven experience managing network security incidents and executing remediation plans
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
