You as an Operation Office Administration will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. A Specialist requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities
- POR and PO creation for non-production related services (legal trainings, office material) for complete Operations.
- Support in SAP Ariba for production related services (e.g. from Industrial engineering).
- 3rd party services coordination not covered by SCM (Nitrogen, SF6, waste management, Uniforms &Safety shoes…).
- ADP support for all supervisors (10 supervisors).
- Shopfloor Visualization management support for production (currently covered by foreman’s and supervisors).
- Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
- A bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Looking for active learner and reliable.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
