Production Controller

Your Job

As a Production Controller at Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) Manufacturing hub in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for managing the production process and ensuring smooth production flow within the facility. You'll implement production and material plans while maintaining high standards of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), Quality, and Productivity. This role is ideal for those passionate about improving production efficiency and making a positive impact.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery and adjust as necessary for demand changes.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure availability of materials and resources, while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and analyse production processes to identify improvement opportunities and optimize costs.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory, collaborating with supply chain and logistics for efficient workflow.
• Manage documentation and subcontract Purchase Orders, ensuring specifications and accuracy.
• Track Non-Conformance Report hours and update job status, providing regular progress reports to management.
• Identify and address production bottlenecks, working with foremen to perform RCA
• Monitor production progress and provide regular reports.
  
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Background in related field
• Exposure in production planning or manufacturing operations
• Good Organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
  

What Will Put You Ahead

• Exposure in manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma certification
• Familiarity with ERP systems
