The Position

Roche Diagnostics is hiring a Network Marketing Lead for (KSA/KLI/UAE/G&A) to drive forward its business and increase its impact, by establishing customer centric activities relationships
You will Drive Network Marketing towards implementation of the commercial strategy at the network level by ensuring the needed deliverables are developed and implemented to make an impact for patients, customers and Roche.

Main Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for defining and delivering on the regional commercial strategy in alignment with regional Networks and Chapters, EMEA LATAM priorities and Global Strategy guidelines
- Full end to end responsibility for marketing plans execution, Network Marketing Lead in alignment and collaborations with different Marketing Excellence subchapters and networks team
- Establish a roadmap for evolution and change management, including building functional expertise, skills, and capabilities required within the Network (KSA/KLI/UAE/G&A)
- Foster learning, experimentation, establish standards and build on best practices for marketing in the Network (KSA/KLI/UAE/G&A)
- Ensure efficient execution, cost management, and proper alignment across our strategic priorities along with the creation and monitoring of goals & OKRs
- Ensuring and tracking that the Product Strategy and Solutions deliverables are executed
- Connect and align with colleagues within and outside of RDME, including fostering an active collaboration with other sub-region, regions and global colleagues
- Identify customer “opportunities” Sustain, Concour and Shape & Translate and Deploy the commercial priorities (from MEx chapter) in the network - based on Sustain, Concour and Shape as well as intikate Local projects, commercial initiatives and campaigns
- Collaborate with sales to ensure proactive delivery of product knowledge and awareness to the customers (through MEx chapter) & Local KOL management
- 5+ years of Marketing experience operating in areas relevant to Healthcare solutions and products (deep understanding of IVD) in the Middle East region
- Proven ability to identify and mobilize resources, in a timely manner, that partner with value streams and others to achieve stated goals
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify, develop and execute strategies to build competences to be future-ready and best-in-class
- Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders with courageous authenticity and builds trust with individuals of all levels
- Strong understanding of the digital healthcare landscape, globally and in the Middle East
- University degree in relevant discipline required
- Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus
