Job Description
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Cisco technologies including Routing, Switching, and Security.
- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Router and Switch products such as Catalyst and Nexus.
- Provide expertise in handling and troubleshooting enterprise-level ISIS/BGP/OSPF routing protocols.
- Deploy and manage Cisco SDA and SDWAN solutions.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for network routing and switching escalations.
- Quickly adapt to different networking environments and resolve issues effectively.
- Configure equipment and troubleshoot complex environments, including L2 and L3 protocols such as Spanning Tree, BGP, OSPF, and ISIS.
- Perform updates across the service lifecycle, including patching, releases, and upgrades.
- Follow standard operating procedures and change management policies for network configuration and equipment.
- Monitor IT services for availability and performance, reporting anomalies for quick resolution.
- Provide onsite support for network projects, including LAN/WAN connectivity, testing, and implementations.
Certifications:
- CCIE Enterprise certification is a plus.
