- Supervise, monitor, and inspect MEP works on-site to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and industry standards.
- Coordinate daily with the contractor, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.
- Review MEP drawings, method statements, shop drawings, and material submissions.
- Ensure all MEP installations align with project quality standards and client requirements.
- Support construction progress by identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Prepare site inspection reports, daily logs, and progress updates.
- Ensure site safety, adherence to regulations, and implementation of HSE procedures.
- Participate in coordination meetings with the client, contractor, and project team.
- Ensure MEP works integrate properly with civil and marine structures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- 10–12 years of experience, with strong exposure to maritime or marine infrastructure projects (ports, harbors, coastal facilities, marine utilities).
- SCE Registration is mandatory.
- Thorough understanding of MEP systems installation in marine environments.
- Strong knowledge of international and KSA codes/standards.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with multidisciplinary teams.
