As a key member of our CNS Digital Operations team at Nokia, you will drive innovative pre-sales strategies that enable our diverse portfolio of products and solutions. Your role entails collaborating closely with sales teams and engaging directly with customers to identify their unique business challenges and deliver tailored solutions. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Drive and implement Nokia’s solutions to enhance portfolio adoption.
- Engage with customers to understand their specific needs and deliver customized business consulting services.
- Collaborate with presales and sales teams to formulate competitive strategies and offers that resonate with clients.
- Conduct in-depth presentations and demonstrations of Nokia products and services to both clients and internal teams.
- Develop innovative solutions addressing critical business issues, ensuring sustainable competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional projects, managing resources and overseeing complex initiatives to optimize performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, influencing strategic decisions that impact business direction and operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of innovation and proactive problem-solving, driving continuous improvement in processes and practices.
You have:
- Technical experience in OSS Assurance or Orchestration
- Based in Saudi Arabia
- Regional Middle East and Africa exposure
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in the telecom industry or vendor background
- Strong communication and influence skills across teams and functions
- Experience in presales, and broader cross-functional or cross-geographical impact
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve complex problems, and a cross-cultural awareness and a global mindset
