Role Overview
The Marketing Lead, Global Division at Buxley drives the company’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and engagement efforts across the MENA region and beyond. This role requires a dynamic leader who can blend creativity with data-driven insights to craft impactful campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and support business growth. As a key player in Buxley’s global expansion, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives, oversee content development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
What You’ll Do
As the Marketing Lead for the Global Division, you will spearhead marketing strategies that elevate Buxley’s brand and enhance its positioning in the industry. Your leadership will be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives, optimizing marketing channels, and ensuring our messaging resonates with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with Buxley’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Campaign Leadership: Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
- Content Strategy & Development: Lead content creation efforts, collaborating with writers and designers to produce high-quality blogs, case studies, and thought leadership materials tailored for the global market.
- Market Intelligence & Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, audience behavior, and competitive positioning. Leverage insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and analyze marketing performance metrics, delivering data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed.
- Event Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute high-impact events, webinars, and industry initiatives that enhance Buxley’s visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns and initiatives.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and performance analytics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- A strategic thinker with creativity and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience in B2B marketing within professional services or HR solutions is a plus.
