As the Manager - Finance Technology at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will be instrumental in shaping the technological landscape of our finance operations. This role requires a blend of financial expertise and technological savvy to drive the integration of finance systems and enhance productivity across various departments.
You will take the lead in the implementation and optimization of finance technology solutions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Your role will encompass project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management initiatives to promote a smooth transition and ongoing enhancement of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of finance technology systems, ensuring they meet the operational needs of the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements, define project scopes, and execute plans effectively
- Monitor technology systems performance and proactively identify opportunities for enhancement to improve efficiency and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive finance technology roadmap that aligns with the broader organizational strategy
- Provide training and support for finance staff to maximize the effective use of technology solutions
- Ensure robust data management and compliance with regulatory guidelines across all finance technology platforms
- Implement automation solutions to streamline finance processes and reduce manual intervention, particularly in data management tasks
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or technology roles, with a significant focus on finance systems
- Strong understanding of SAP and other finance technologies
- Relevant qualification in finance, information technology, or a related field is essential
- Proven project management experience with methodologies such as Agile or PMP certification
- Ability to navigate complex projects and manage stakeholder relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to improving processes
