About the Role

Al Salama Hospital is seeking a dedicated Liaison Office Delegate to serve as the primary liaison between the hospital and its strategic partners, including insurance companies, corporate clients, and government entities. This role is critical in ensuring seamless communication, efficient coordination, and a high-quality patient journey from admission to discharge.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance, corporate, and government partners.
  • Oversee and coordinate patient journey processes, ensuring smooth admissions, service delivery, and discharges.
  • Act as the central contact point between internal departments and key partners.
  • Monitor service delivery and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure patient services are delivered in line with agreements and partner requirements.
  • Process approvals, claims, and documentation required by partners.
  • Track, report, and analyze account performance, patient volumes, and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of agreements, communications, and service metrics.
  • Support audits, reviews, and strategic planning with accurate data.

Requirements


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Medicine, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare liaison, account management, or patient services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital information systems.
  • Knowledge of insurance processes and patient flow management (preferred).
