Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on various topics, including but not limited to corporate, labor, and intellectual property laws.
• Support the legal team in case preparation, including collecting and organizing evidence, documents, and relevant files.
• Assist in the preparation of legal briefs and opinions.
• Help in maintaining and updating legal records, databases, and filings.
• Attend meetings and take minutes, when required, on legal matters.
• Provide administrative support to the legal department.
• Stay updated with changes in relevant laws and regulations that may impact the company.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the legal team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) .
• Knowledge of basic legal principles and research methods.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
