Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Develop and present proposals, pitches, and sales presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
• Track and report on business development metrics and KPIs.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and create actionable business strategies.
- Proven expertise in sales, business development, or related fields.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
