As an Analytics Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organisation. You will collaborate closely with the transactions team to ensure actionable insights are derived from data. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will contribute to creating impactful reports and analyses that align with business objectives while fostering a professional, innovative, and results-oriented culture.

In this role, you will:

• Collect, clean, and organise data to ensure accuracy and reliability;
• Analyse data trends to provide actionable insights for various teams;
• Maintain and update data archives for easy retrieval and reporting;
• Develop and generate detailed reports using MS Excel, ensuring clarity and precision;
• Assist in creating dashboards and visualisations, with exposure to tools like Power BI being a plus;
• Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making across departments;
• Act as a liaison between teams, ensuring seamless communication and data sharing;
• Present data findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders in both written and oral formats;
• Identify opportunities to optimise reporting processes and enhance data quality;
• Suggest and implement best practices in data handling and reporting workflows;
• Leverage advanced MS Excel features to automate reporting tasks;
• Support the integration and usage of tools like SQL and Power BI for advanced analytics

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field;
• Certifications in MS Excel, Power BI, or SQL (preferred but not mandatory)
• 2+ years of proven experience in data reporting, analysis, and coordination, preferably in a professional or corporate environment;
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL is a strong advantage
• Expertise in data cleansing and archiving practices;
• Proficiency in MS Excel for advanced data manipulation and reporting;
• Strong understanding of data management, analysis techniques, and reporting best practices;
• Familiarity with database systems and business intelligence tools is beneficial
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, macros);
• Ability to interpret and visualise data insights effectively;
• Knowledge of data warehousing and dashboard creation (Power BI);
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration;
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment;
