Are you passionate about providing excellent technical support and ensuring seamless IT operations? We want you on our IT Support team! Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and enhance our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new devices and systems.
- Monitor and maintain IT equipment and inventory.
- Follow up on IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage software installations and updates across the organization.
- Maintain documentation for IT processes and user guides.
- Provide training and support to employees on IT tools and systems.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement and logistical support of IT supplies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of operating systems.
- Proficiency in network configurations and hardware maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
