Interior Designer 3D Specialist

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with the brand's aim. The candidate should be experienced in using Sketchup and confident in explaining their ideas and work details and communicating regularly with the client to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design details and trends to provide the best ideas for clients.

Responsibilities

• Create relevant, functional, and aesthetic furnishing and interior design solutions for our clients
• Source and select furniture, materials, finishing and decorations
• Collaborate and work closely with the internal team as well as contractors/suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution of projects
• Stay abreast of industry trends, styles, and interior design solutions
• Meet with the client to understand the client's objectives and desires
• Communicate effectively with the client, vendors, and team to address the client's needs
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups, and renderings) for clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree 2 years + of experience in a related field
• Super Creative & Analytical designer
• Possesses creative flair and visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics
• Demonstrated ability to execute
• Good understanding of material specifications and joints
• Dedicated, committee,d and have a great passion for interior design
• Proficient in design, with in-depth knowledge in space planning
• Experience in site management will be an added advantage
• Great attitude, a team player who can work independently and under minimal supervision
