Infrastructure Manager

Job Purpose:
The Infrastructure Manager will oversee and coordinate all infrastructure-related activities to ensure timely delivery and integration with vertical development works. This role focuses on managing utilities, services, and infrastructure packages in alignment with project phasing, handover milestones, and overall development plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure works, ensuring alignment with vertical development timelines.
Coordinate with developers and contractors to ensure the readiness and handover of serviced plots according to schedule.
Oversee and liaise with utility authorities and service providers (water, electricity, sewage, telecom) to secure timely connections and approvals.
Lead coordination meetings between infrastructure contractors, vertical developers, and government agencies to resolve technical and schedule interfaces.
Maintain and update infrastructure and interface registers , ensuring that all technical data, drawings, and approvals are properly shared.
Monitor infrastructure progress and risks , developing mitigation and recovery plans in collaboration with project control and planning teams.
Support the approvals and permitting process through proactive communication with municipalities and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and project specifications across all infrastructure works.
Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting key issues, progress, and coordination status.
Escalate any critical conflicts or delays to senior management with recommended corrective actions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 15 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure or mixed-use development projects.
Strong background in utilities coordination , road networks , and site infrastructure delivery .
Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments and ensure alignment across infrastructure and building works.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6 (preferred).
