Human Resources Specialist - Saudi National

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi National with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You'll be responsible for managing various HR functions, with a strong focus on recruitment and ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, particularly Saudi nationals in line with Saudization targets.
• Ensure all HR policies and procedures are in full compliance with the Saudi Labor Law.
• Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances, conducting disciplinary actions, and managing performance issues.
• Administer employee benefits and compensation packages.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Support the performance management and employee development processes.

Requirements:

• Saudi National with a valid ID.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and its regulations is essential.
• Strong understanding of the local recruitment market and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
