Waad AlOqaili Couture is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Operations Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.
This role combines human resources management with operational coordination to ensure smooth daily workflows and a professional, efficient work environment within the couture house.
- Manage employee records, contracts, attendance, and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Support recruitment efforts, schedule interviews, and maintain communication with candidates
- Process monthly payroll, leaves, and employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies
- Oversee daily operational needs including procurement, supplier coordination, and logistics
- Prepare and track purchase requests, quotations, and invoices
- Maintain accurate archives for HR and operational documentation
- Assist in budgeting, expense monitoring, and report preparation
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and team coordination
- Support management in building a professional, positive, and collaborative work culture
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, operations, or administrative roles
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and HR processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Currently residing in Riyadh or willing to relocate
