The Senior Product Manager will define the product vision, drive the strategy, and oversee end-to-end execution. Working closely with the unit director and cross-functional teams, this role ensures the product aligns with business goals, meets user needs, and delivers measurable impact.

Key Responsiblites
- Support the unit director in defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify new opportunities.
- Gather and refine requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear product specifications.
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and work closely with engineering during sprints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, Operations) to ensure successful delivery.
- Track product performance using metrics, KPIs, and analytics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate assumptions and improve UX.
- Coordinate go-to-market plans and support product launches.
- Continuously evaluate feedback and iterate on the product to improve user satisfaction and business value.
- Bachelor or postgraduate degree (MA or MBA) in Business Administration, MIS, IT or a similar field.
- +9 years of experience in Product Management or a relevant area.
- Strong English and Arabic languages.
- Good skills in presentation drafting and presenting.
