Job Title : Mobility Country Advisor

Work Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities


  • Accountable for ensuring delivery of Corporate Mobility services in country.
  • Manage escalations and provide local context through a close working relationship with the DL MU/Country MSL and Immigration specialists
  • Build strategic, effective & enduring relationships with key corporate function and business leaders of the country – Including stakeholder education as needed. Specific focus on GCP strategy as applicable
  • Expert Mobility knowledge for Saudi Arabia - local expert Mobility knowledge for immigration, QIWA, GOSI and social security . SEC/SOCPA registration and possess knowledge on Saudization and further analysis to meet organization standard
  • Establish proactive engagement with the largest projects in country
  • Act as a strategic advisory to service/client groups periodically with data-driven discussions
