We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Operations Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kharj City, Saudi Arabia. As an integral part of our organization, which comprises a total of 200 employees, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with organizational policies.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to all employees.
• Implement HR initiatives that align with the institute's goals and improve employee engagement.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and develop strategies for recruitment, retention, and talent development.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR operations, with a strong understanding of payroll processes.
