Job Objective
To support recruitment and hiring operations within the HR department by assisting in talent acquisition activities, coordinating interviews, tracking candidate progress, and enhancing the onboarding experience—under the direct supervision of the Recruitment Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Post job openings across various recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Update candidate records and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Assist in preparing employment offers and hiring documents.
Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Generate periodic reports on recruitment activities.
Coordinate with other departments to identify staffing needs.
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures.
Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Saudi nationality.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Not currently registered in GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) for the past 6 months.
Has not previously benefited from the Tamheer program.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Benefits
Monthly stipend of 3,000 SAR provided by the Tamheer Program (in accordance with Hadaf policy).
Occupational risk insurance coverage.
Hands-on experience in a professional work environment.
Tamheer Program Completion Certificate upon successful training.
