Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in Human Resources or relevant field. Master’s degree is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience ideally in professional services
• Strong MS office skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good grasp of HR policies and procedures in Qatar
• Strong attention to detail and proven ability in dealing with senior stakeholders
