Hand Held Specialist (Sales Operation)

Job Purpose:

Executing all Handheld system and database related activities and providing support to salesmen, area sales managers, regional sales managers in handheld hardware and software issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing all Handheld system & database related activities such:
• Creating an account for new salesman.
•  Mapping salesman account in handheld and storage location in SAP.
•  Activate new offers.
•  Follow-up loading requests and solve issues while not migrated to SAP.
•  Create new users in Hand Hel system.
•  Check daily sales posting from HH to SAP.
• Follow-up daily visits.
•  Follow-up salesmen stocks daily basis.
•  Follow daily sales from the sales report.
•  Transfer customers between salesmen.
• Troubleshoot Handheld system and devices.
• Work on SOTI system (remote control devices).
• Creating new customers accounts.
• Assign route plan for salesmen.
• Handheld training for salesmen on HH devices.
• Training for ASMs & RSMs in handhold system.
• Managing B2C support systems
• Execute develop plans in B2C operations section.

Education:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.

Experience:

3-5 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience.

A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in HH systems and database administration.
