As a GIS - Systems Offer Manager, your day will be dynamic and impactful, involving the preparation of complex international system project offers and the evaluation of switchgear specifications. You will collaborate with regional teams and support global sales efforts, ensuring that technical parameters and cost calculations align with project goals. How you’ll make an impact?
- Conducting self-driven evaluations of intricate switchgear specifications and comparing them with established standards (SA 1 lists).
- Processing special module requests for GIS and HIS systems independently, while monitoring and tracking deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Preparing essential technical parameters for engineering teams to facilitate accurate drawing creation and performing detailed cost calculations.
- Compiling and creating comprehensive technical documentation to support project execution.
- Collaborating with regional companies and providing support to the global sales organization to enhance project outcomes.
- Identifying and assessing risks within GIS systems, developing strategies to mitigate them, and recognizing opportunities for improvement.
- Assisting in the preparation for and participation in customer meetings worldwide, while supporting and executing various projects within the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in engineering or Finance
- Knowledge of risk and opportunity management in international systems business
- Familiar with offer/order process during the daily project progress.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, good communication skills
- Familiar with SAP and Microsoft Office
- Take initiative and self-driven learning skills.
