Job Description
Start your success story
with GenO
Are you passionate about changing lives through technology? At Oracle, we’re not focused solely on your previous job titles—we believe talent isn’t always defined by traditional paths. We want to get to know you—your unique strengths, perspectives, and ambitions. That way, you’re free to use every part of what makes you you to learn, grow, and succeed. In return, we’ll help you build a meaningful career in tech and business.
Generation Oracle (GenO) is Oracle’s successful talent development programme, welcoming individuals from a wide range of backgrounds—including career changers, returners to the workforce, and those exploring a new direction. Whether your experience comes from education, healthcare, hospitality, engineering—or something entirely different—what matters most is your mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
The programme offers a tailored experience across Sales, Solution Engineering, and Consulting. It combines structured learning, hands-on development, and a clear path for growth, while giving you the opportunity to contribute to real business impact.
Even though you’re applying for a sales role, you won’t be selling on day one. GenO is intentionally designed to give you the space and time to build core skills, explore different areas of the business, and gain customer-facing experience—without the pressure of delivering against a quota from the start. We take it one step at a time, and we’ll support you throughout.
Create the future with us!
We’re committed to creating a workplace that values diversity, encourages creativity, and thrives on inclusion. We also know that people sometimes hesitate to apply if they don’t meet every single requirement. If this opportunity excites you and you think you bring something valuable—even if it’s unexpected—we encourage you to apply. You might be exactly who we need.
Responsibilities
Acts as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business via outbound calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produces quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force. Performs database and record keeping activities.
