As a Generator Supervisor, your day will be filled with leadership and innovation as you guide a diverse team of Field Service specialists and technicians in executing complex service outages for Steam and Gas Turbines. You will play a pivotal role in outage preparation, ensuring that projects meet key performance indicators while adhering to HSE standards and fostering a culture of empowerment and teamwork. Your efforts will not only enhance operational efficiency but also drive Siemens Energy’s mission of delivering exceptional energy services in a rapidly evolving industry.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead a diverse team in implementing best practices for energy service execution.
- Serve as the Technical Site Lead for complex Steam/Gas Turbine and Generator outages.
- Ensure adherence to project KPIs, HSE standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of motivation, trust, and empowerment within the team.
- Drive digitalization initiatives, including paperless outages and data-driven maintenance.
- Maintain compliance with EHS standards and Siemens Energy processes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance activities for Steam/Gas Turbines and Generators.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with expertise in power generation equipment.
- Strong understanding of on-site project processes and the ability to implement innovative solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on hands-on solutions.
- Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and schedule team activities.
- Strong communication skills in English, with experience in building long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors.
