Full Stack Developer

This role is centered on managing IT applications and code processes, ensuring effective documentation and communication with technical teams. It involves consulting to identify improvements, providing support for existing IT implementations, and contributing to governance and standardization efforts within the IT department. Additionally, the position focuses on skill development in technical applications, including SAP solutions, to deliver Level 1 support to the business.

Understanding of IT Application and Code Management:

• Possess a strong grasp of IT application management and code management processes.

Documentation and Communication Proficiency:

• Demonstrate proficiency in preparing documentation and effectively communicating with technical teams.

Consultation and Problem-solving:

• Utilize consulting skills to identify and suggest improvements when addressing problems or opportunities.

Support and Maintenance:

• Provide support for the existing productive implementation of assigned IT applications.

Process Governance and Standardization:

• Contribution to IT Department Improvements:
• Contribute to improvements at the IT department level by actively participating in initiatives that enhance governance and standardization of processes. This includes Business Process & Procedures.

Skill Development and L1 Support:

• Actively engage in learning technical IT applications, including SAP solutions and others, to provide Level 1 support to the business.

HR Proficiency:

• Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job
• To have a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it.

Delivery:

• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

• Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

• Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety and Environment:

• Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
