Finance Manager -KSA

Job Description
Define and lead the Finance Management / Finance Business Partner strategy, its programs, polices, budget and financial aspects and provide strategic financial direction through critical examination of internal and external financial data.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy into effective Finance Management / Finance Business Partner plans. Focus on enabling the delivery of timely and reliable financial information to allow decisions that meaningfully impact the ability of the business to achieve its goals.
- Provide financial guidance, on-time submissions and clear understanding of change drivers, risks/opportunities, trends and outcomes
- Design, develop and maintain Finance Management / Finance Business Partner programs, policies, processes, systems, products or services to meet business needs
- Analyze and implement innovations in existing financial processes, systems and methods for enhanced effectiveness and efficiency
- Perform timely and accurately management reporting, variance analysis, ad-hoc analysis. Discuss and constructively challenge financial impacts with heads of functions and provide appropriate explanations of business drivers.
- Plan and review Finance Management / Finance Business Partner activities so they are in line with Galderma's' operating standards bringing improvement or change where necessary
- Support accounting, monthly closing, submissions and internal/external reporting.
- Guide changing needs/ trends across the function, resolve any deviation from set plans and implement best practices
- Lead and manage the budget and financial aspects of the Finance function
- Critically examine financial challenges implementing corrective measures on financial-related issues and processes
- Maintain financial integrity and ensure an effective internal control environment
- Influence the financial direction of the business related to finance consulting and coaching based on internal and external financial data
- Extensively analyze internal and external financial data and improve its quality to enable sound financial decisions
- Define processes and policies related to Financial transaction, financial data verification, financial records maintenance, and maintaining ad-hoc financial information
- Act as a liaison and build potential relationships with all stakeholders within and outside Galderma
- Implement Finance Management / Finance Business Partner programs and plans aligned to the functional policies to meet business needs
- Track the alignment of the Finance Management / Finance Business Partner activities to the business policies and reconcile any deviation from plans and processes
- Ensure that Company funds and assets are effectively utilized or invested, with a focus on P&L management and Working Capital improvement.
- Develop and administer of all processes related to financial programs and policies
- Collaborate with employees within the function on activities like financial transaction/data entry, financial data verification, financial record maintenance, and compiling/maintaining ad-hoc financial information to support the employees at Galderma
- Participate in driving transformation and change of Finance Management / Finance Business Partner practices to maximize its effect on people at all levels of the organization
- Connect with and influence other specialist departments and external service providers
- Prepares presentations and concepts to be presented to leadership and company committees
- Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with Galderma managers
- Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and guide and provide solutions to customers and key stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance to line managers and employees
- Extensive contact and negotiating with other departments and external parties with conflicting objectives
- Influence and challenge key stakeholders effectively
- Develop strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with senior business leader
- Influence others across Galderma and externally as a recognized thought leader representing the Group
- Foster cooperation and partnership to provide integrated solutions to problems
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance , MBA/CMA is a plus.
- 10-15 years of experience at least 2-3 years in similar position
