POSITION OVERVIEW
The PMO Manager Reporting is a crucial role within the Esports World Cup and Esports Nations Cup focussing on the development and maintenance of comprehensive reporting systems, performance metrics, and feedback processes. Implementing consistent reporting systems, performance tracking, and a post-mortem & feedback culture are key responsibilities of this role. It plays a vital part in enhancing the project's visibility, accountability, and overall success, requiring a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Job Status: Fixed Time (Fixed Contract through January 2027)

Reporting to: Senior PMO Manager, Strategic Planning & Governance

Reporting to: Senior PMO Manager, Strategic Planning & Governance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage the official PMO reporting process and KPI tracking for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with all relevant parties.
- Establish reporting cadences, define metrics, and create visual frameworks for various stakeholder reports, tailoring them to specific stakeholder needs.
- Implement and oversee approval processes for final reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all reporting channels.
- Develop and implement a post-mortem and feedback process for continuous improvement, including assessing improvements from previous years.
- Analyze past project performance and provide key outcomes for lessons learned into future project planning, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead the creation of data visualization tools and dashboards to effectively communicate project performance to various stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits of reporting processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Demonstrate expertise in developing and implementing robust reporting frameworks for diverse stakeholder groups..
- Demonstrate proficiency in creating post-mortem and continuous improvement processes.
- Showcase advanced organizational skills in managing multiple reporting streams and performance metrics.
- Prove experience in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with strategic organizational goals.
- Show technical proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
- Strong quality assurance skills to ensure accuracy and consistency in all reporting mechanisms.
- Develop a proactive communication approach that turns complex data presentations into logical and clear narratives.
- Demonstrate commitment to team goals by creating a supportive and motivational work environment that encourages collective problem-solving and hands-on attitude.
