Enterprise PMO Lead

The Enterprise PMO Lead at SWATX will be responsible for establishing and leading the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure standardized project management practices across the organization. This role involves developing project governance frameworks, ensuring alignment of projects with strategic business objectives, and enhancing overall project performance. The Enterprise PMO Lead will also mentor project managers, facilitate resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a PMO context.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and portfolios.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and governance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is required.
