What You'll Do
- Localise and implement marketing strategies aligned with Careem's brand positioning and business objectives
- Lead end-to-end campaign development, from brief to execution, in collaboration with creative, content, digital, and external agency teams
- Partner with cross-functional teams including growth, commercial, operations, and product to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives
- Manage local agency relationships, vendors, and partnerships to maximise campaign reach and performance
- Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations for optimisation
- Identify cultural trends and customer insights to develop campaigns that resonate deeply with local audiences
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in brand marketing or integrated marketing roles, ideally within consumer tech, FMCG, or e-commerce sectors
- Proven track record in executing successful multi-channel campaigns and managing agencies or vendors
- Strong understanding of the Saudi consumer landscape, media channels, and cultural context
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Arabic language fluency is a must

This role plays a critical part in designing, optimizing, and governing business processes in alignment with CMA (Capital Market Authority) regulations and industry best practices.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather business requirements, and support digital transformation by translating complex workflows into structured, standardized process models.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to end business process modeling initiatives using ARIS to document, analyze, and optimize current and future state processes.Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather process requirements, pain points, and improvement opportunities.Design and maintain standardized process models using ARIS BPA methodology and industry-standard frameworks (e.g., BPMN 2.0).Work closely with business and IT teams to align process designs with system capabilities and project goals.Analyze process performance using KPIs and identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and compliance gaps.Develop and maintain a centralized process repository in ARIS to ensure accessibility, governance, and traceability.Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.Support change management initiatives related to business process changes.Train and support business users in understanding and utilizing ARIS models for better decision-making and transparency.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of experience in Business Process Analysis, including at least 3 years of experience working with ARIS.Proven expertise in ARIS Designer, ARIS Architect, and ARIS Publisher.Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, process governance, and lifecycle management.Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience working in Agile, DevOps, or digital transformation environments.Preferred Qualifications:ARIS certification or formal training in ARIS toolset.Experience with process mining tools (e.g., ARIS Process Mining, Celonis).Knowledge of enterprise architecture (EA) frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, or BIZBOK.Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks (ISO, SOX, GDPR, CMA, etc.).Experience in industries such as financial services, Capital Market, Banking or government.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking ability.Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Highly organized and process-driven mindset.Influential team player with leadership potential.
